Kenya Nyeri Kigwandi
This wet processed coffee was sourced from Kigwandi Factory in Mukaro, Nyeri, in central Kenya. The dry grounds hint of raw honey, maple sugar, along with citrus, herbal tea and vanilla. Brewing brings out a puckering pink grapefruit dusted with cane sugar, as well as some complex bitter tones like caramelized sugar and bergamot citrus. The finish is a bit 'snappy', harkening back to the grapefruit found up front, and fades to brisk black tea.
