This coffee is a blend of beans sourced from the village of Srikandi in West Java. Its dry fragrance carries fresh herbal tones and an earth-like sweetness reflecting both region and, more accurately, its wet-hulled processing. The brewed cup stays true to the dry aromas and is laced with brown rice syrup sweetness and green herbs like basil and parsley. A juicy muscat grape note also emerges as the cup cools. With its big body and low acidity, this coffee will almost certainly appeal to fans of Sumatran profiles.
