Ethiopia Yirga Cheffe Adado Sulula
Adado Sulula is an exquisitely prepared dry-processed coffee. The grind fragrance is loaded with dried peach and blueberry sweetness, as well as brown sugar and chocolate. Hot water brings out even more fruit and sweetness, and cup flavors stay true to the aromatics, and then some. The blueberry notes are there with a dried fruit character. Chocolate gives way to the complex sweetness of raw demerara sugar. Dried apricots appear too, along with mango and pineapple. Like many naturally processed coffees, this one is best with 2-3 days rest post roast. But with aromatics like this, you might not be able to wait!
