This blend – from Inzá town and municipality in the Cauca Department of Southwestern Colombia – is composed of various coffees from Vereda Guanacas, “vereda” being roughly equivalent to a small neighborhood. Cup flavors range from burnt sugar notes to apple and grape juice. Dark chocolate tones also emerge as the cup cools, making for an absolutely wonderful daily brew.
