An experimental blend composed of top-grade selections from Yemen, Tanzania and Ethiopia. Boasts thick sweetness, complex chocolate notes, as well as some 'punchy' brightness. Sweet tobacco, dried apricot and plum, followed by a lingering bittersweetness. An overall brooding cup, and great for drip or espresso.
