I’ve just updated the shop with our latest offering. Costa Rica Don Oscar Aguacates was produced at a family run micro-mill (called “Don Oscar”) in the Tarrazu valley.
In the cup, this one pushes caramel and toffee sweetness across a wide roast spectrum, and our light/medium roasts are showing flavor elements common to Turkish Delight candies: pistachio, date, and powdered sugar. We haven’t sampled it as espresso yet, but in theory it should work well, so long as you serve your shot straight (no milk).
