…or rather……blergh.
Witty rhymes aside, and after weeks of false promises to some of you, we’ve finally added a fresh-crop decaf to the lineup. Pickings were very slim (as they often are with decafs), but we think this one strikes a happy balance between exotic and traditional that will satisfy most of you.
The coffee was sourced originally from the Cocatu Cooperative in Rwanda’s mountainous Rulindo District before shipping to the Swiss Water folks for decaffeination. *For* a decaf, it’s impressively sweet. Notes include malt syrup and burned sugars, as well as rye ale, hops, dehydrated apple, cinnamon sticks, and barley.
