New Arrivals: Colombia Huila Timana, Ethiopia Fara Sala

Happy Monday folks!

Just wanted to send word that we’re back from break and are processing orders this morning. We’ve also added two new coffees to the shop.

First up is a fresh lot of Colombia Huila Timana. This coffee – a regional blend – offers complex caramels, along with with suggestions of apple, pear, cinammon and Dutch cocoa. Acidity is moderate, but pleasing – a bit like ripe blackberry.

Next, we have a new dry-processed offering from Africa. Ethiopia Fara Sala is a fruit-forward coffee, with notes of berry, apricot, lychee, mango nectar, and cocoa butter.

Later this week, we should also be adding a new decaf to the lineup. Keep an eye out for details on that front in coming days.

Thanks so much!
