Afternoon folks. Good looking out there today.
We’ve got one new arrival to the shop this week replacing our recently-depleted lot from Cuilco. Guatemala Finca La Florida carries notes of steeped chamomile flower, honey, brown sugar, and black walnut, as well as a syrupy, bittering baker’s cocoa. The acidity is apple-like and shifts toward cranberry juice as the cup cools.
In other news, we’ve got a second DP Ethiopian arriving soon, and (in response to your requests) are actively hunting for a fresh crop decaf to add to our lineup. More to come on those fronts soon.
In the meantime, hope you check out the new Guat!
