Afternoon folks. Fresh crop Ethiopians are here and we’ve just added our first selection to the shop.
Ethiopia Shakiso Kayon is a dry processed coffee sourced from Kayon Mountain farm in Shakiso town, southern Ethiopia. The dry grounds are bursting with wild berry, as well as subtle florals. Those same aromas gain potency when hot water is added and carry straight through to the hot cup, expanding even further as it cools.
A relatively complex coffee, likely to appeal to fans of fruit-forward brews.
