Good morning. We’ve just added a new coffee to the shop that we wanted to share with you all. Ethiopia Leka Wato is a dry-processed offering from the Leka Delecha district of East Wellega in western Ethiopia. The cup carries an intense sweetness which is well balanced by tart and jammy fruit tones. There’s also a pleasing brightness, like berry juice, and the finish has a toasted bittersweet caramel flavor.
