Afternoon all and a (very) belated Happy New Year to you. Just wanted to drop a quick note to say that 1) we are officially sold out of our most recent lot of Guatemala Señora Minga but that 2) we’ve just gone live with another really nice offering from Guatemala, this one from Finca Santa Anita in the Patzun area of Chimaltenango. Like so many Guatemalans that we try these days, Santa Anita strikes a great balance between sweetness and acidity, making it a terrific everyday drinking coffee. The dry fragrance is of raw honey and brewing brings out chocolate syrup, apple, pear and black plum.
