Hi all. We’ve just posted a new addition to the shop that we wanted to share. Ethiopia Gedeb Asasa is another fantastic dry processed offering from the Yirga Cheffe region (if you haven’t guessed it yet, we’re huge fans of these coffees). Like most natural Yirg’s, this one packs plenty of fruit – blueberry, boysenberry and sweet citrus come to mind. But, somewhat unusually, those notes take a back seat to very strong cocoa nib smells and dark chocolate syrup flavors, particularly as the cup cools.
