I am very excited about our latest addition to the shop. Ethiopia Adado Sulula is a dry processed offering from the Yirga Cheffe region and exhibits all of the wild and exotic characteristics that such coffees are known for. The grind fragrance is packed with dried peach and blueberry, as well as brown sugar and chocolate. Brewing water brings out even more fruit and sweetness, and cup flavors stay true to the aromatics. If you’re a fan of DP coffees, you really won’t want to miss this one. And if you’ve never tried dry processed, consider this is an excellent jumping off point (and brace yourself for something very different).
